To maintain the pristine, designer condition of our new units, The U is a pet-free community. We do, of course, fully welcome all documented Service Animals and Emotional Support Animals (ESAs) in accordance with Fair Housing laws.
We offer a curated selection of modern layouts:
- Studio Units: Starting at $2,157
- 1-Bedroom Units: Starting at $2,650
- 2-Bedroom Units: Starting at $3,495
All applications are handled digitally through our portal. Our rental criteria include:
- Minimum household income of 3x the monthly rent.
- Positive rental history.
Once submitted, the screening process typically takes 2–3 business days.
Living at The U means "Leveling Up." Our community features:
- On-site Bouldering/Climbing Wall
- Elite Fitness Center & Yoga Studio
- Media Room & Co-working Hub
- Common Dining Room & Designer Kitchen
- Outdoor Courtyard Social Space with BBQ and Firepit
