Leasing at The U at California is designed to be seamless and stress-free. Our 100% online process lets you choose your apartment, complete a short application, and pay a small $15 application fee—all from the comfort of your home. 

All applications are submitted online and processing typically takes about 24-48 hours. You will need to upload identification and income documents to the application. We are happy to use guarantors, if you do include them, they will need to fill out their own separate application and include similar documentation. 

We welcome international applicants and will need similar documentation along with a valid Visa.
